ABSTRACT:
The device comprises a horizontally and vertically movably supported laser (1), which is mounted in a forked carrier (7) so as to be rotatable through 360.degree. about a tilt axis (8) which extends at right angles to the laser exit beam (6) and which intersects this beam, in the manner of a theodolite.
