ABSTRACT:
A non-contact type high-temperature heating apparatus for false twisting of synthetic fiber to provide increased efficiency and energy savings. The apparatus includes a main body defined by a metal tube, and end walls connected to the main body. The main body includes one or more grooves and/or passageways through which filaments pass along the length of the main body. Further, a heat-conductive powder and heating member are contained in the main body.
