ABSTRACT:
A color photographic recording material containing yellow couplers corresponding to the following formula is distinguished during chromogenic development by high sensitivity, steep gradation and high color density (even where development is carried out in the absence of benzyl alcohol). The yellow image dyes are highly resistant to moist or dry heat. ##STR1## in which X is a group releasable during the color coupling reaction;
