ABSTRACT:
A process for preparing novel polymeric reaction products comprises commingling one molar proportion of an alkoxyalkylamine with from about 0.5 to about 2.0 molar proportions of an epihalohydrin at a temperature from about 40.degree. C. to about 150.degree. C. in the presence of an inorganic base, and recovering the reaction products. Epichlorohydrin is a preferred epihalohydrin.
