ABSTRACT:
Substituted 1,3,2-benzoxazaphospholidines of formula I ##STR1## wherein R.sub.1, R.sub.2 and R.sub.3 are independently hydrogen, alkyl, cycloalkyl, phenylalkyl or aryl, n is 1 to 4, and T is an n-valent aliphatic or aromatic hydrocarbon radical are effective in stabilizing organic materials against the deleterious effects of oxygen, heat and actinic radiation.
