The resultant compounds of the formula (I) have an excellent antitumor activity.
A process for preparation of a compound represented by the formula ##STR1## wherein X.sup.1 and X.sup.2 each independently represent hydrogen atom, halogen atom, amino group, mono- or di-lower alkylamino group, hydroxyl group, lower alkoxy group, aralkoxy group, carboxyl group, lower alkoxycarbonyl group, lower alkanoyloxy group or lower alkyl group, and
