The present invention relates to unique interdental delivery devices, other than dental floss, which are suitable for cleaning, massaging, and/or treating surfaces of teeth and gums including interproximal and subgingival areas; wherein these devices contain ULTRAMULSION.TM. dispersions of high viscosity silicones dispersed in surfactants, these dispersions are released into the oral cavity from these devices during use wherein the dispersed silicone:
