ABSTRACT:
A rotation angle detection circuit for a step motor providing an up/down control signal for determining positive and negative rotation of the step motor and a mask control signal for determining rotation angle of 15.degree. and 30.degree.. The circuit can correctly detect the rotation angle of the step motor by counting the pulse signals from the up/down control signal and mask control signal. It is thereby useful for application in a system which electrically measures the rotation of the step motor.
