ABSTRACT:
A polyvinyl based coating composition which protects against impact stresses. The composition includes polyvinyl chloride, vinyl chloride-vinyl acetate copolymer, calcium carbonate, hollow plastic spheres and a C.sub.9 or higher phthalate acid ester plasticizer.
