A bracket is included along an adjacent side edge of each of the sized frames, where the bracket adjustably vertically spaces each of the sized frames from the other. The bracket further includes a clamp for holding the bracket at a predetermined position. A retaining device is included for holding the sized frames at a fixed position against the deck.
