ABSTRACT:
The present invention provides a light-emitting apparatus capable of improving brightness and reducing power consumption and a method of manufacturing the same. The light-emitting apparatus includes: a light-emitting device2including electrode pads9and10; and a lead frame3including electrode leads11and12. The electrode pads9and10and the electrode leads11and12are electrically connected to each other by bonding wires14and15, and the light-emitting device2is arranged with a gap H between the lead frame3and the light-emitting device2. In this way, it is possible to effectively use light emitted from one surface of the light-emitting device2facing the lead frame3. Therefore, it is possible to improve the utilization efficiency of light emitted from the light-emitting device2.
