ABSTRACT:
This manufacturing method includes a passage forming process, in which a liquid passage including at least a pressure generating chamber12is formed in a passage forming substrate10(110), a first bonding process, in which an adhesive is applied on one side of the passage forming substrate10, in which the liquid passage opens, so as to form a first adhesion layer201and a nozzle plate120is bonded by the first adhesion layer201, and a second bonding process, in which an adhesive is applied on the other side of the passage forming substrate10so as to form a second adhesion layer202and a compliance substrate40is bonded by the second adhesion layer202, the second bonding process being executed after the first bonding process.
