ABSTRACT:
Compounds of formula (I), or salts thereof, which inhibit acetyl CoA (acetyl coenzyme A):diacylglycerol acyltransferase (DGAT1) activity are provided,wherein R1, R2and R3are each independently selected from hydrogen, fluoro, chloro, cyano, trifluoromethyl, trifluoromethoxy and difluoromethoxy; together with processes for their preparation, pharmaceutical compositions containing them and their use as medicaments.
