ABSTRACT:
The present invention relates to a pyrimidine compound of the formula (I):wherein R1represents a hydrogen atom, halogen atom or C1-C4 alkyl; R2represents C3-C7 alkynyloxy; R3represents a hydrogen atom, halogen atom or C1-C3 alkyl; X represents C4-C7 polymethylene, in which a CH2—CH2may be replaced with a CH═CH, optionally substituted with at least one substituent selected from the group consisting of halogen atoms, trifluoromethyl and C1-C4 alkyls. This pyrimidine compound has an excellent activity of controlling pests.
