ABSTRACT:
A polymerization catalyst composition including ##STR1## wherein R is an alkyl group having 3 to 20 carbon atoms; m is 4 or 6 and n is 0 or 1. Preferably the composition also includes, ##STR2## wherein R.sub.1 and R.sub.2 are independently hydrogen, an alkyl or alkoxy group of from 1 to 5 carbons. Preferably r is 1; m is 4 and R is nonyl and the molar ratio of WCl.sub.m O.sub.n to ##STR3## is from about 1:1 to about 1:3.
