ABSTRACT:
A composite electronic component provided is one with sufficient impact resistance. In this resonator1, a piezoelectric element2is supported by receivers73, 83in platelike holding portions72, 82, and edge parts74a, 84ain the holding portions72, 82are in contact with a capacitive element3. This results in keeping the distance constant between the piezoelectric element2and the capacitive element3. Furthermore, even if an impact is exerted on the resonator1, the platelike holding portions72, 82will absorb the impact. Therefore, an improvement is made in impact resistance of the resonator1.
