ABSTRACT:
In a steam engine1, an inner wall face22aof a connecting tube portion22is entirely formed out of a water repellent finish face22b. Accordingly, when liquid located in a portion close to a heater30in a vertical direction extending tube12is heated, boiled and liquefied, a liquid level of the liquid in the vertical direction extending tube12is pushed down from a top dead center Lu to a bottom dead center Lb. At this time, a quantity of liquid drops attached onto the inner wall face22aof the connecting tube portion22can be reduced as compared with a case in which the entire inner wall face22aof the connecting tube portion22is not formed out of a water repellent finish face22b.
