ABSTRACT:
The present invention relates to the use of the following compounds, their compositions, and their salts for the preparation of medicaments for the treatment of urinary incontinence and other diseases, the compounds having the general formula:in-line-formulae description="In-line Formulae" end="lead"?A-X1—NO2in-line-formulae description="In-line Formulae" end="tail"?wherein:A=RCO(X)t, wherein t is the integer 0 or 1;X═O, NH, NR1C, wherein R1Cis a linear or branched C1to C10alkyl group;when t=1, R=and X1=—YO—, wherein Y is a C1to C20alkylene, C5to C7cycloalkyl or oxyalkyl derivative.
