A new and distinct cultivar ofOsteospermumplant named ‘Sumost 05’, characterized by its compact, upright and outwardly spreading plant habit; freely branching growth habit; freely and continuous flowering habit; and daisy-type inflorescences with orange-colored ray florets with violet-colored bases.
