The multi-layer transformer10of the present invention comprises a composite sheet14acomprising a center magnetic pattern11aand peripheral magnetic pattern12athat are formed at the center and periphery respectively, and a dielectric pattern13aof a nonmagnetic body that is formed in a part except the center and periphery; a composite sheet14bsimilarly comprising a center magnetic pattern11b, peripheral magnetic pattern12band a dielectric pattern13b; a primary winding15athat is located on one face of the dielectric pattern13a; a secondary winding15bthat is located on one face of the dielectric pattern13b; and magnetic sheets16aand16bthat hold the composite sheets14aand14b, primary winding15aand secondary winding15bfrom both sides and contact one another via the center magnetic patterns11aand11band peripheral magnetic patterns12aand12b.
