A second interconnection pattern5ais formed on a bottom surface1bof the insulating substrate1so as to be superposed on a meandering part of the first interconnection pattern3awhen viewed from the upper surface side. An end part5bof the second interconnection pattern5ais electrically connected to an end part3dof the first interconnection pattern3avia through holes7a.The first interconnection pattern3aand the second interconnection pattern5aform a single interconnection line via the through holes7a.Accordingly, the first interconnection pattern3aand the second interconnection pattern5aare 180° different from each other in the direction in which current flows.
