ABSTRACT:
In brake control apparatus and method for an automotive vehicle, a cornering stability control section is configured to start a provision of the braking force for the vehicle when a cornering limit estimating section estimates that a cornering state variable of the vehicle (Vp) is in excess of the braking operation threshold value (kVLp) after the predetermined delay time (Δt) is elapsed from a present time.
