ABSTRACT:
A molded component for the beam path of a radar apparatus with a low radio transmission loss and improved hardness and abrasion resistance is provided. The molded component for the beam path of a radar apparatus comprises a base body21composed of a cyclic polyolefin resin layer, and a bright decoration layer24disposed on the surface of the base body. Preferably, by disposing a modified layer22treated by plasma ion etching and/or highly concentrated ozone water especially on the surface of the cyclic polyolefin resin, wettability on the surface is improved, thereby substantially improving the adhesion to the bright decoration layer.
