A new and distinct cultivar ofAeschynanthusplant named ‘Twister’, characterized by its cascading and pendulous plant habit; small leaves that are reflexed and concave; dark green-colored upper leaf surfaces and lighter green-colored lower leaf surfaces; and large bright red-colored flowers.
