ABSTRACT:
A polyhydroxyalkanoate having a monomer unit composition represented by General Formula (1):in-line-formulae description="In-line Formulae" end="lead"?AmB(1-m)  (1)in-line-formulae description="In-line Formulae" end="tail"?wherein A is represented by General Formula (2), B is at least one selected from the group consisting of monomer units represented by General Formula (3) or (4), and m has a value of 0.01 or larger and smaller than 1:whereinn has a value of 0 to 10, k has a value of 3 or 5, andR is at least one group selected from the group consisting of groups represented by General Formulae (5) to (7):in Formula (5)R1 is a group selected from the group consisting of a hydrogen atom (H), halogen atoms, —CN, —NO2, —CF3, —C2F5. and —C3F7; and q is an integer selected from 1 to 8;in Formula (6)R2 is a group selected from the group consisting of a hydrogen atom (H), halogen atoms, —CN, —NO2, —CF3, —C2F5and —C3F7; and r is an integer selected from 1 to 8;in Formula (7)R3 is a group selected from the group consisting of a hydrogen atom (H), halogen atoms, —CN, —NO2, —CF3, —C2F5and —C3F7; and s is an integer selected from 1 to 8.The efficient production methods are also provided.
