ABSTRACT:
The invention relates to a bulkhead that can realize not only manufacture as lightweight and inexpensive as possible but also less the waste produced from material, while keeping sufficient structural strength and rigidity thereof. The bulkhead1for raising strength and rigidity of a vehicular frame member2comprises: a partition face11having an outer shape contoured to a sectional shape of the vehicular frame member2;connecting wings12, 13, 13projected and folded at individual sides of the partition face11except an open edge111,and forming a peripheral wall section16having a C-shape by linking vicinities of folded edges121, 131, 131;and a bead14formed on the partition face11near the open edge111in that it is denting in same direction of the folded connecting wings12, 13, 13,and extending in parallel to the open edge111.
