A material capable of self-amalgamation without adjunct heating and use as a wraparound tape at substantially the full range of ambient terrestrial temperatures composed of a rubber component, a polyisobutylene tackifier, a C.sub.2 -C.sub.3 polyolefin and filler is provided.
