ABSTRACT:
A device for unrolling barbed wire or other roll goods. A basic version of which having a frame consisting of two limbs20aand20bflexibly joined by a hand grip21on the narrow end and separated by a product axle22on the wider product end. Furthermore said limbs20aand20bare confined by a locking device23when said locking device is slid toward the wider end and friction locks against the limbs. Optional bracket members24and ground wheels27are installed to facilitate rolling the assembly across rough terrain.
