ABSTRACT:
A pole piece19of a speaker main unit1has a pole19aengaged with a bobbin14from the back side of a diaphragm12, and a flange19bhorizontally expanding from the base of the pole19a. In the pole19ais formed a through hole19cpassing therethrough in an axial direction thereof, and in the bottom end of the through hole19cis provided with a taper19dwhich widens with it goes downward. A thin film piezoelectric element4is provided such that the element covers an external opening19eof the through hole19c, and one end4aof a thin film piezoelectric element4is adhered to the bottom surface of the flange19b.
