ABSTRACT:
The present invention relates to a piezoelectric actuator device that enables hysteresis of the amount of displacement in the piezoelectric actuator to be reduced, enables the system configuration to be simplified, and for which a high voltage need not be applied. A first circuit1comprises a piezoelectric actuator element11and a first resistor circuit12,and the piezoelectric actuator element11and first resistor circuit12are connected in parallel. A second circuit2comprises a capacitor circuit21and a second resistor circuit22,and the capacitor circuit21and second resistor circuit22are connected in parallel. The first circuit1and second circuit2are connected in series to form a series circuit, and both ends of that series circuit are led to a pair of input terminals T1and T2.
