ABSTRACT:
This micro relay comprises a body1, a cover4, an armature block3. The body1, which is made of silicon or glass, has an electromagnetic mechanism2. The cover4is also made of silicon or glass. The armature block3is made of silicon. The armature block3is composed of an armature base30and a frame31. The frame31surrounds an entire circumference of the armature base30and supports the armature base30pivotally. The armature base30is cooperative with a magnetic material32on a surface of the armature base30to define an armature300. A fixed contacts14A,14B,15A,15B and movable contacts33A,33B are selectively closed and opened by a pivot motion of the armature300. And, the frame31is directly bonded over its entire circumference to a periphery19of the body1and to a periphery41of the cover4to define a sealed space surrounded by the frame31and closed between the body1and the cover4for accommodating the armature300and the fixed contacts and the movable contacts.
