The present invention relates to a kind of ink containing at least a pigment, first to third water-soluble solvent groups and water, wherein the first water-soluble solvent group contains one or more kind(s) water-soluble solvent having a solubility parameter SP1, the second water-soluble solvent group contains one or more kind(s) of water-soluble solvents having a solubility parameter which is at least 1 greater than SP1, and the third water-soluble solvent group contains one or more kind(s) of water-soluble solvents having a solubility parameter which is at least 1 less than SP1.
