ABSTRACT:
A pressure sensor comprising a holder1having mounted thereto a semiconductor pressure sensor element2that outputs a voltage signal corresponding to the pressure it receives, a connector case3for fixing a lead member23connected to the semiconductor pressure sensor element21, a diaphragm4that defines together with the holder1a pressure sensing chamber6filled with insulating oil, and a lid member5made of metal to which a pressure introduction pipe51is mounted, wherein the holder1is made of metal and has a through-hole12that communicates the pressure sensing chamber6with the exterior and a seal member27that seals the through-hole12, the connector case3has an insert hole31communicated with the through-hole12and through which the seal member27is inserted, and the diaphragm4is sandwiched between the holder1made of metal and the lid member5made of metal and bonded thereto.
