ABSTRACT:
A disposable diaper includes a basic absorbent batt structure and a supplementary absorbent batt structure placed on the basic absorbent batt structure. The diaper is formed with a feces receiving space surrounded by the supplementary absorbent batt structure and bottom and side surfaces of a cavity and extending from a crotch region toward a front waist region so that an upper opening of the cavity is partially uncovered in the crotch region31and thereby forms a feces inlet leading to the space.
