ABSTRACT:
The subject of the present invention is a glass spacer intended to keep two substrates spaced apart, its glass matrix having a volume electronic conductivity advantageously between 10−13and 10−5ohm−1·cm−1.According to a variant of the invention, the glass spacer has a modulus of elasticity of greater than 90 GPA.
