ABSTRACT:
A modular, multi-purpose carrying rack which has a number of configurations for carrying a wide variety of objects on a vehicle. The rack is economical, simple to construct, easy to use and can be disassembled and stored in the vehicle trunk. The rack utilized a novel, anti-wobble connector to connect to receiver-type trailer hitches. The rack is comprised of at least one vertical member which can be removably attached to the connector; at least one cross bar which can be slidably attached to the vertical bar; and at least two elongate horizontal members which can be slidably attached to the cross bar(s).
