A computer readable medium comprising atomic coordinates for the human β2adrenoreceptor is provided. The computer readable medium programming for displaying a molecular model of the human β2adrenoreceptor, programming for identifying a compound that binds to said human β2adrenoreceptor and/or a database of structures of known test compounds. Also provided is a method comprising computationally identifying a compound that binds to the human β2adrenoreceptor using the atomic coordinates.
