ABSTRACT:
The invention provides a SIM card IC module and a SIM card having a small antenna gain change. A SIM card10includes an IC module11including a circuit section18having a plurality of electronic components16mounted on a mounting surface14A of a board14, and an antenna20connected to the circuit section18, and a plate-like base member12in which a recessed portion22for accommodating the circuit section18is provided. The antenna20is arranged to be substantially parallel to the mounting surface14A, and has a three-dimensional structure arranged at a position shifted by a predetermined dimension from the mounting surface14A along a thickness direction of the board14.
