ABSTRACT:
An object is to suppress vehicle body deformation in a side collision without sacrificing a vehicle interior space.Provided is a first reinforcing member10disposed in a locker12at a vehicle lateral direction inner side, and a second reinforcing member20disposed in locker12at a vehicle lateral direction outer side, which opposes first reinforcing member10in a vehicle lateral direction, and which is provided with a side surface20A and an end surface20E (engaging portions) that engage with first reinforcing member10when locker12deforms. When locker12begins to deform due to a side collision to a vehicle18, end surface20E of second reinforcing member20contacts and engages flange10E of first reinforcing member10, and a torsional deformation can be suppressed, and side surface20A contacts flange10D, and a crushing deformation of locker12in a vehicle lateral direction can be suppressed. Since first reinforcing member10and second reinforcing member20are provided in locker12, vehicle interior space is not sacrificed.
