ABSTRACT:
A camera module100aincludes a lens unit1a, which includes a lens11and a lens holder12holding the lens11therein, and an image sensing unit2a, which has a solid-state image sensor24. A position adjustment of the lens11is performed by moving the lens11independently of the lens holder12, by use of electromagnetic force. This allows a fine adjustment of a position of the lens11, thereby improving the alignment precision of the lens11. Thus, a solid-state image sensing device is provided, which can make fine adjustments of focal lengths.
