ABSTRACT:
An intelligent cash box system is provided which comprises: a validator2attached in a bill handling apparatus1; a detection sensor45mounted in validator2; a control circuit47connected to detection sensor45; a card3bearing at least a code recorded on card3for identifying bill handling apparatus1; a stacker4attached to validator2for accumulating bills44considered as genuine by validator2; and an intelligent storage5provided in stacker4. The card3can be inserted into validator2so that detection sensor45detects the code on card3and bill information on bill44, and forwards the code and bill information to control circuit47which then transmits the code and bill information to intelligent storage5for storage therein. The code information identifies bill handling apparatus1from which stacker4is removed, and the bill information enables to collate an amount of collected bills in a plurality of stackers4with an amount of bills considered genuine and stored in stackers4without connection of validator2to any control host computer.
