ABSTRACT:
It relates notably to a data requesting device from a data server, comprising means for sending requests of determined data to the server, means for receiving streamed data from that server and for providing said data to processing means, and means for producing pause control signals, intended for pausing data streaming, and for triggering their sending to the server. The requesting device comprises means for generating normal state signals, intended to the server for testifying normal operation at the requesting device, and for triggering periodic transmission of those signals to the server.
