ABSTRACT:
3,4-Dihydro(or 1,4-dihydro)-4-aryl-2-[(substituted)thio]-[1]benzopyrano[3,4-d]imidazoles and their corresponding sulfoxides and sulfones, such as 3,4-dihydro(or 1,4-dihydro)-4-phenyl-2-[(1,1,2,2-tetrafluoroethyl)sulfonyl]-[1]benzopyran o[3,4-d]imidazole, are useful in the treatment of inflammation and/or pain.
