ABSTRACT:
A biomedical electrode device comprises an electrically insulating substrate carrying an electrode. The electrode is coated with a moisture-activated electrically conductive bioadhesive layer having an adhesion of between 50 and 500 g/cm.sup.2 and a water content of less than 25% w/w.
