ABSTRACT:
A fluorine-containing organosilicon compound and a method for its preparation are disclosed, said compound having the general formula ##STR1## in which R.sup.1 represents a monovalent hydrocarbon group, excluding alkenyl group, R.sup.2 represents a divalent organic group, a is 2 or 3, and m is an integer having a value of 4 to 12.
