ABSTRACT:
Alkylaluminoxanes are made in a continuous process by feeding an inert solvent solution of an alkyl aluminum compound and a water/inert solvent emulsion to a first reaction vessel maintained at about -20.degree. to 30.degree. C. and transferring reaction mixture to a second reaction zone at a rate which maintains a constant liquid level in the first reaction vessel and results in an average residence time of about 1-60 minutes.
