A distinct cultivar of snapdragon plant named `Lapleblo`, characterized by its ability to be asexually propagated by terminal cuttings; hanging or pendulous plant form that is ideal for hanging basket culture; uniform and freely branching habit; numerous large pink and white appleblossom-colored flowers; early flowering; and excellent rooting.
