ABSTRACT:
Nonaqueous liquid automatic dishwashing compositions containing a binary mixture of Protein Engineered Maxacal (Maxapem 15 and Maxapem 42), enzyme and Maxamyl enzyme have been found to be very useful in the removal of protein and carbohydrate soils from dishware at operating temperatures of about 100.degree. F. to about 140.degree. F.
