ABSTRACT:
Disclosed is a transfer device using a transfer roller including a conductive elastic layer having a heat resistance not less than 180.degree. C., an adhesive layer formed on the conductive elastic layer, and a fluorine-based film resistance layer formed on the adhesive layer, or a transfer roller in which the adhesive strength between an adhesive layer formed on a conductive elastic layer and a fluorine-based film resistance layer formed on the adhesive layer is 150 g/cm or higher.
