ABSTRACT:
A vacuum cleaner head with a hood which closely fits the floor has a rotor with a plurality of nozzles supported on a hub with a slot. Outside air is drawn through the hub and nozzles into the hood to provide air jets from the nozzles which assist in disloging particles for recovery by the vacuum.
